I’m Daisy Fabian and I believe professionals can look forward to Mondays rather than experience the dread of them.

For the past 13 years I’ve worked with some of the world’s most iconic companies—helping develop work cultures that have won Best Place To Work awards in Fortune and Inc. Magazine.

I love helping professionals identify their strengths and learn how to leverage them to supercharge the way they approach every aspect of their career.

The most fulfilling part of my work is supporting ambitious people as they take a fresh approach to aligning their careers and going after what they really want while prioritizing a work-life balance that feels deeply satisfying.

I’m an experienced Talent Development leader who has worked with companies ranging from large fortune 500 to small and nimble tech start-ups.

My speciality is improving and fine tuning the way people engage with their careers, coworkers, projects, and lives—through training facilitation and coaching programs for organizations, teams, and individuals.

I have an undergraduate degree from UCLA and a MBA focusing on Leadership and Organizational Change from Pepperdine University.

My licenses and certifications include: DiSC, EQ-i 2.0, Flawless Consulting, Lominger Leadership Architect, Lominger Succession Architect, Lominger VOICES 360, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and Prosci - Change Management.

Because I’ve worked in high-growth, fast-paced organizations that attract the best and brightest talent across industries, I can tell you that I’ve pretty much seen it all when it comes to these instances —the highs, the lows and everything in-between.
