Coaching for the working mom.

Research has shown that 43% of qualified women quit their job after having a baby. One of these reasons may be due to the stress and inability to successfully transition back to work and find their role back in the workplace.

Whether you’re a single mom, step-mom, new mom, or mom-to-be worrying about how you’ll successfully juggle it all, I can help prepare you for the transition back to the workplace and find the right work-life balance for you!

We love being moms. And we want careers that are financially and personally rewarding.

The good news is—when you understand your strengths and how to apply them in key areas of your life, you can have both. I help women identify the aspects of their new lives, schedules and career plans that truly matter so they can focus their energy towards professional and personal growth. This means they can live with more purpose and less panic.

You deserve to be a mom who’s confident, passionate, and career driven!

How it works:

I’m going to help you make powerful changes to your habits, behaviors, and mindset. We’ll work together over a period of weeks (because these things take practice and support) applying customized actions plans to help you achieve your goals.

Most of my clients hire me for eight-weeks of coaching, but if you want to dip your toes in with a two-session pack, that works!

Details:

  • Your package will be customized based on your needs and goals.

  • Our meetings will happen via video conference or in person locally in Los Angeles.

  • Sessions last from 45 - 90 minutes.

  • You’ll receive exploratory pre-work to complete prior to your first session.

  • I’ll be available for email support in between your coaching calls.
